Going to TTC 2 months post-partum.. anyone else?

i was ttc 2.5yrs but sods law id get preg if dh went anywhere near me!

Aww good luck hunny! It took us about 6 month to conceive dd (not that long I know but it felt like a lifetime! Lol ) and. Dh and I had unprotected sex on our wedding night and lo behold 10 days later when we got back from honeymoon I got a bfp for ds! One time dtd worked for us second time round

I say GO FOR IT! If you're crazy then I'm part of the club It took me approx 10 years to get my DD who is nearly 5 months now so I'm wanting to be pregnant NOW! Actually I said I'd have another just after I'd given birth to my DD! It's just finding the space and time away from LO to DTD is whats an issue for me.

Wow, thank you so much for all the encouraging replies!! It really is scary coming to this conclusion, knowing that I'm willing to subject myself to 9 months of hell all over again lol But I'm pretty sure it's been decided!! I'm breastfeeding, so it will probably take a long time still, but just getting started so soon and knowing that it COULD happen soon.. is a crazy thing to think about lol But glad to know there are others who have done it and are surviving

Or am I the only one crazy enough to try this? lol Or has anyone done it before? This is my first and DH & I really want our LO's to be close in age. Figured we'd start trying asap as it took 1 1/2 years to conceive and stay pregnant

My two are 15 months apart but I wanted to start trying at six weeks post pardum hubby said no lol I'm not as broody thus time round but I do feel sad that hubby is getting the snip next month

arrw im jealous! lol id love to start trying again but i find it hard work with just one bubba at the mo. im going to start trying next spring so there will be about 18months between our bubbas. thats the plan neway

I just seem to keep getting pregnant! Once one comes that's it, they're like dominos lol. It took us 5 years to conceive DS and I had to have my left Fallopian tube removed via laparoscopy. We were due to start our first cycle of IVF in June 2009 and I got my BFP may 18th 2009! I'm now pregnant with number 3 already and absolutely terrified!!

I have 12 months between my first 2, it is amazing having them so close. I then had 3 under 3 and then 4 under 5. Wouldn't change it for the world. I am finding the 5 year gap between my 4th and 5th the hardest.

we conceived this one when lo was 4 months old, not planned though. There will be a 13 month age gap which i am looking forward to but pregnancy when you have a baby to look after is seriously hard x
