They couldn't see my little noodle on the scan. I went to the Hospital for a Medical as I was considering an abortion (I knew I would never be able to go through with it but it was mainly pressure, and I feel really bad for even agreeing to go to appointments ) the Nurse said that the brown discharge isn't a bad sign because it's old blood so not worry. She scanned me to see how far I was along and she said she couldn't see noodle cause my bladder wasn't full enough and I was 'too thin' lol she said it's easier to scan people with a bit extra weight.

Even though she scanned me would she of been able to see from the other things that I wasn't miscarrying? She didn't seem concerned at all and was very nice to me. I was really worried and now I feel a little calmer and quite gutted I never saw little noodle , but I'll see it in the next 3 weeks anyway!! Hopefully it'll stick and all will be well .

And thanks everyone for helping me not stress out about the beige/brown discharge!!

good news lauren, they couldnt scan me regularly at 8 weeks either, so they did a vaginal ultrasound, was a bit unpleasant but hey..
i guess the nurse didnt have one for u. hope u get ur scan soon and congrats again on your news

I'm glad you feel better huni

I considered abortion when I found out I was pregnant and it's a long story but basically as soon as I saw my baby on the scan I know there was no way I could do it so I know how you feel. Don't feel bad for going to the appointment though, it's your body and your decision and if that was what you had wanted then that's to do with you not anybody else. But I'm glad you decided to keep it
