Good no-trip stair gate?

get one that screws into the wall then there is no bar to trip over x

Babydam do a screw in the wall one that we use from our hall into the kitchen. No frills, very studry, no way LO can do it - love it on Kiddiecare for about £20

My parents got a Lindam one which screws into the wall on both sides, but you can lift the gate off so it's not always there. (Which is great for them as they obviously don't have LO there all the time!). When the gate is on, there's no bar

I don't know exactly what model it is, just that it's Lindam.

I have the wooden mamas and papas one! Its fantastic- looks lovely and it completely opens so nothing to walk over
