Hi got a positive today as well. kind of a shock think i'm due around Feb 9th. Will be my third baby but my partners first. He is thrilled as he had testicular cancer in 2010 and had chemo so he wasnt sure if he could. i just got a place to begin study to become a midwife now i have to take a year off but thats ok. i have two boys hoping for a wee girl

I have 4 boys so am hoping for a girl but already think it will be another boy! So sorry to hear about your partner, you must both be so pleased x

Congrats!! Yes me!!! I think date of last chemical was 11th may so i think it's feb! Really can't get excited though as I know it can go either way at the mo and had 2 chemicals back to back I'm hoping 3rd time lucky!!! xxxx

Hi, a chemical pregnancy is when the embryo tries to implant, but fails to fully implant... In this case a pregnancy test usually never gets dark, and usually gets lighter within a few days, and then you start to bleed. Chemical pregnancies account for most of pregnancy losses. I had a chemical in November. I basically found out I was pregnant, and then lost it two days later.
