Got an ok from doc after mmc before af

I miscarried naturally at 7 weeks and no D&C needed. Doc checked my uterus and nothing is left so she said although she recommends waiting till next cycle so she can pinpoint the due date but sees no medical reason not to try now. I am a bit worried that I took (by doc prescribed) meriso something or other to help with miscarriage last Wednesday and hope it won't affect baby if I get pregnant....I think it should be out of my system in 2 weeks right? Also when will I ovulate? And how long after mmc can I have intercourse ?

Sorry for your loss
I have only had D&Cs and I was told not to have intercourse for 4 weeks due to risk of infection. However with a natural MC I would say you should be ok once the bleeding stops
