Got quite a surprise yesterday

I found out yesterday that I am pregnant, which came as quite a surprise to me but either way, I am excited - nervous, but excited. Just wanted to see if any one had any helpful tips, links, or info in relation to initiating the healthiest pregnancy possible. Thank you and congratulations to everyone in the same boat as me.

Congrats! My big thing is take those prenatal asap and get set up with your doctor. Downlpad a preg app of grab a book. My friends and I do like what to expect and there was another book but I am blanking. Idk how early you want to tell family but definitely rely on them to spoil you or a close friend to support you. I have a bff I always tell right away because she is supportive no matter what so I can always tell her everything which is such an emotional weight off my chest.
