i agree- the guidelines for making formula are different here. All the tins show the cooled boiled water way of preparing and hospitals show you how to make it this way.
My issues are that the formulas made for the Euro market (I believe) are made so the nutrients can withstand the high temperatures.
Personally i went down the cooled boiled water path- i would fill the kettle in the morning and use this water throughout the day to make her bottles. I found it very simple- and the idea of waiting for a hot bottle to cool gave me the willies. I had to do it a couple of times because i had guests who used the kettle for tea and DD was not happy at all having to wait for it to cool.
