i was off of birth control for two months and recently went back on it. i got my period when expected but on the first day i had extreme cramps and i noticed this lump of tissue on my panty liner. At the time i also was wearing a tampon. could this be a miscarriage? let me know your opinions

I didn't fully prepare myself for that!

I'm not sure what to tell you, other than to talk to your doctor. I got a lot of clots during my periods but never anything that size. I've never had a miscarriage either but I'm pretty sure there's a miscarriage support forum on here - the ladies over there may be able to help you out xx
