They were brilliant when I was in a bind as I was throwing a baby shower for a friend and another store I ordered from didn't get my package out in time.
This store was cheaper, and had guaranteed next day delivery. Unfortunately, I was out of the house for the half hour that the package was delivered (I ordered plates, napkins, candles and a little advice book for my friend). The owner of the shop called me on my mobile to let me know that they had tried to deliver. When I asked when I could get it, she chased up the delivery company making sure they knew I needed the package, and I got it early the next morning without any hassle. They were brilliant and so nice.
Recommend them to anyone who is throwing a baby shower in the UK.
