Hiya ladies just a little advice needed was just changing LO nappy and I noticed she had green coloured poop and its always been yellow is this anything to worry about?

is your baby BF'd? If so, sometimes green poo can be a sign of too much foremilk & not enough hindmilk... If not, sometimes green poo can be a sign of a tummy upset, a lot of wind, if they've been poorly with a cold etc & have had a lot of mucous...

poop changes colour every now and then green is a very common and completly normal colour (sometimes light somtimes dark) if you get realy dark thick pasty green poop it can somtimes mean the Iron level is a bit high often happens if the formula feed is packed a bit too tight into the scoop

Ever since I switched my daughter to enfamil gentlease formula she has had green poop!

Thanks for replying she is FF it was just the same consistency as it always is just green. I think she has to go get her injection this week so willmention it then if there is no change

Has she changed formula? When we changed Mika's formula once his poop turned blue...I thought I might have a smurf on my hands...

If not it's probably just a bit of tummy upset. Even on a consistent formula Mika's poop can vary quite a bit from green to brown and back again, but his Dr. says it is ok. She did have us take a stool sample in, but that's because of his food allergies.
