Gripey stomach, unrelated to pregnancy?

Hi. I've had a gripey stomach for the last two days. Not lower abdomen but my actual stomach, a few centimeters above my belly button. I just wondered whether anyone else had experienced this in the early weeks? Or whether it's something I've eaten. I also feel slightly sick which seems pretty early.

No mine started about then. A really uncomfortable nauseous feeling at top of stomach. It sucks I know!

Thanks, I guess I was expecting this pregnancy to be like my last one and it feels so different already. I was also not expecting to get cramping in my stomach, I thought it would be more in my lower abdomen.
