Growth spurt?

For the past few days I've been fairly crampy. Like AF cramps I guess. Not really bad just mildly alarming as I haven't had any cramps or twinges that lasted longer than 2 minutes up until now. Also out of breath sitting around (that has come and gone since 7 or so weeks, was mostly gone around 11-12 weeks, now back with a vengeance), which I tend to think of as baby stealin' my oxygen, though I know it is progesterone related, and HUNGRY. Oh and randomly falling asleep. I can only guess this is a growth spurt.
However, my belly hasn't been itchy for two whole days.

Anyone else gotten any kind of growth spurt symptoms like this?
I'm betting I have more of these to look forward to as well!

OH is worried we will have a giant hyperactive baby

im having growth spurts bt the moment sometimes they hurt sometimes they dont not helpfull i know sorry

I'm getting the cramps at the moment. Kept me up all night, quite painful, was scared, but then have read on here that this is very common! Unpleasant, but at least nothings wrong
