I am going to be in new york from the 16th until the 19th which is when I suspect I will ovulate grrrrr!

I think plenty of sex before I go and when I come back.

Sperm survive for 48-72 hours and the egg for 24, so if you time it to dtd just before you leave (and many times before as well) and as soon as you get back then you are in with a chance. I guess its kind of pre-loading your fallopian tubes with as much sperm as possible ready for the egg! Good luck.
