at my scan yest the midwife told me thats whith twins u cant have the abnormality scan thing to check for down syndrome etc... how wierds that she said its coz it wont be accurate with twins or something, good job me and OH wernt goin to have it anyways coz we will love these two lil beans no matter how they come out!

Ah, good for you hun.

The reason they cant perform the screening triple test with twins or more is because it tests for high levels of protein along with other things, and with 2 there is double the amoung if you get what i mean, so would totally be inaccurate. I learnt alot about screening tests when harry was diagnosed with chromosone abnormalities!
