gurgling sink!

urghh. the noise makes me want to puke.
does anyone know how to stop it??

it happens whenever we use the dishwasher or the washing machine. i hate it!

Mine did this last night and totally freaked me out! I had never heard it do that before & I wasn't running any water or dishwasher in the kitchen at all when it happened. The washing machine in the other room was running tho. I wonder if that's what caused my kitchen sink to gurgle?! It was so weird and I was busy hollaring at the hubs to get in there to see if something was wrong! It stopped before he got in there so I still don't know why it did it.

It does it when my washing machine is on.. Its horrible. Sounds like somethings being sucked down the pipe

i know i've told OH he's gotta sort it out! it's a horrible noise. like it's hungry.

It the water travelling back up the pipe and then draining.

Mine does it.

It also means there is no blockages

OH knows how to sort it. it's something to do with the waste pipe. he needs to get another bit so it doesn't go into the one where the sink is.

it's all very technical

Mine does that too.. no non living thing should be sounding like its hungry lol
