Whens a good time to start sitting and bouncing on it?
Your legs should be level hun. I have used mine for this one and my last 2 pregnancies along with specialist maternity physio for my back. You should sit with your legs shoulder width apart and your thighs should be level.
It is great to just bounce ever so slightly from side to side and only move your hips. I love mine and wouldn't be without it. Most people think they are a waste of money but if you have the room, blow it up lol
