Had my booking appointment

Had my booking appointment today all went well gave me all leaflets took down my details and told me the midwife would give me a call to arrange my 8 week appointment. Did anyone else have to wait for a call from their midwife? How long after did she call?

Wow does it feel more real now? its different were I live (Northants) we are supposed to go to see a doctor get it confirmed (nothing else but get it confirmed then they ask if you are keeping the pregnancy) then book in to see the midwife at 8+ weeks. But I went doctors this morning (not baby related) but told my dr he asked how many tests I had done and just told me to book in with the midwife ASAP really xx

Aw bet you are so happy Like Christiansmum said is what happened to me.I Went to my GP telling him that I'm expecting, he asked how many tests I had taken and then gave me the midwifes number to be referred. I had my midwife app at 9 weeks where I got my maternity notes and lots of info as this is my first baby. x
