Had Scan Today But Don't Feel Reassured

I am slowly driving myslf mad with worry I think.

I am 5+2 by my LMP, I got my first (faint) BFP on CD21 and then on a digi on CD23. I am not sure when I ovulated. There was a gestational sac on the scan and a yolk, but the midwife said the sac measured at 4+4. She did also say not to worry as she wouldn't have expected to see much at all at 5+2 and they don't normally even see ladies until 6 weeks +.

I can't help but worry and my next appointment is in two weeks. Last time I had a miscarriage I saw a sac and yolk at my first scan and then started bleeding 9 days later, the night before my second scan. The sac had been irregularly shaped at the first scan then though, which I now know is a sign of miscarrige and it seemed very definite and oval shaped today.

I wonder if this worry will ever stop. I feel like such a drama queen!

Your not being a drama queen I panicked All week til I had scan this am even though we had seen sac last wk x

awww hun, dont feel like a drama queen. Its normal to worry this much. If the sac was a good shape and there was a yolk sac too thats a positive. I know its easy to say but try n relax, its hard to c anything at early scans. Heres hoping theres a fetal pole at the next scan. Lots of luck and hugs to u xx
