Hi,
Has anyone have or had a sch/haematoma that's still present past 22 weeks? Mine is on the back wall above baby and my placenta is on the front wall.
I had a big bleed at 13 weeks and a scan showed and area of bleed away from placenta. I spotted on and off from. 16 weeks, mainly brown discharge. Private scan at 16 weeks and the bleed was there and grown a couple of cms. At my 20 week anomaly scan by the nhs I was told the bleed was gone. Cue huge sigh of relief. Only a few days later I started spotting again. I had 4 mornings where I would have a small bleed. I got examined in hospital and told it was cervical erosion. The nhs refused to scan me so I paid for a private scan at 22 weeks and surprise surprise the bleed was still present and the same size as 16 weeks. My bleeding had stopped but this morning I had more brown discharge.
I'm just wondering the outcome of sch that linger well in to the 2nd tri. Is there any chance it could heal?
I am really worried and trying not to Google but it's so hard. There is no info on sch in 2nd tri really and my midwife doesn't even know what one is
I'm yet to return to the hospital with the report from the private scan but have been told they won't scan me unless I am in pain.
