yeah hubby done the night shift with joshua last night for the first time.
i was telling him yesterday how hard it is to get up with joshua in the night,
and he said it cant be that hard.
i said im tired after being up in the night and he reckons hes awake aswell but with his eyes just shut,yeah yeah.
he was saying it takes too long at doing anything,
he said;
* i let him cry for too long when he wakes up for a bottle.
* when i change his bum i dont do it quick enough and then he crys
* when i get water to clean his bum it takes me ages.
so i said to him he can do it for a night and see how hard it is.
this is how he got on.
(from the point he said to me.)
* i had to wake him coz joshua was crying.
* he changed his bum and he cried
* and it took him ages to get water.
we change sides in the bed at 6am so i could sort him out.
i got into bed, there was powder (formula) all in the bed,all over the floor.
when i picked joshua up when he woke for a feed at 7am he had powder all over him and in his moses basket.
i woke hubby up to ask how he the heck he got powder onthe floor,in the bed,on joshua and in the moses basket.
he just laughed.
we got up at 8 and he looked really tired, i asked if he was tired and he nodded.
i said to him its not easy to get up during night to see to joshua.
maybe he will understand me now when i say im tired and its hard.
i bet he wont do it again.

I'm lucky, Hannah's only getting up once most nights now and Stan gets up with her
