Get a fringe cut in. I have a full one that I LOVE but if you don't fancy a full just get a side one. Maybe even switch to a side parting? Xx

I do wear a side parting quite a lot, would love to get a fringe but my hair is really unpredictable and sometimes can be quite curly - not sure how well that would work with a fringe?!

You really suit long hair. I agree with the others don't chop it off. Can I also add that shorter hair is far more work, especially if it has a tendency to go wavy? My hair would curl inward one side and outward the other and it looked weird that way, so I'd have to straighten it every morning when it was that length. Just add a few longish face framing layers and that will add a bit more life to it, but you'll still be able to put it up if needed.
