Halloween

What are you doing for Halloween?
Will you dress up when you go out with your child? and what will your child wear?
Do you stay home to dish out the candy?

I'm not really too bothered about halloween but for my LO's first one I did dress him up as a skeleton (it was a black sleepsuit with a skeleton on it) and carved him some pumpkins Last year I don't think I done much and I'm expecting the same for this year

We are both dressing as witches and we are going to my friends party, given her age though, I am only keeping her there for an hour then my mum is going to watch her for the night as it is mainly older kids and they can be quite boisterous. Then when the kids have gone to bed, I will have a few adult hours at the party lol.

TBH I am not normally into Halloween and never dress up or celebrate or even answer the door lol, but as it is her first and she has her outfit, I will try and get into it!

I've not even bought my son an outfit yet! I've been so darn interested in Christmas that I forgot haha. I also can't find any cute ones for his age... I will be taking him to see family but I don't do trick or treating after hearing around my old locale area that people were baking their own foods with poison and nails in them. Society today.. You just can't trust strangers. It's such a shame x

I was going to also mention this, Halloween isn't 'fun' anymore. Too many paedophiles and idiots who think it is funny to spike food with whatever.

I spent months perfecting lo's first costume! i made her a dark and light pink tutu with a splash of green. i think i thought gosh it would be so neat if i hada made one for myself
