Hi everyone Raquel here 
I am a newly married 39yr old and I'm so confused right now. I thought I was pregnant the week of Dec. 24th-28th. And, now just recently Jan.01 unbeknownst to me when I went to the restroom I had a brown stain in my panties & when I wiped brown clearish discharged. So, of course I thought it was implantation. The next day 1/02 when I did my morning pee, wiped there was pink blood. Still thought it was implantation. But, by 4pm I had a gush of blood come out, with a sharp cramp pain as to where earlier that day it was only dual cramp feelings. Now I feel like this is my regular period that is on right now? And, according to my menstrual calendar my period was 2days late. And, yesterday was day 26 of my menstrual cycle and according to Dr. Internet implantation bleeding starts any where between day 24-26 of a menstrual cycle. And, that week of Dec. 24th-28th I had the tender nipples and all. But, again I'm 39yr so things have changed and my OB/GYN said PMS symptoms ate similar to pregnancy symptoms I do know all this tender breast thing a week b4 the menstrual comes on is new to me because it wasn't like that before previous years. But, has been like that for me all of 2018 so I guess that's what age 38/39 Welcomed me with Oh, so my question is when should or when can I pregancy test? When my menstrual goes off Saturday? Or, would HCG levels be gone by then.
