Just been to the doctors apparently i've over stretched some muscles in my back nothing serious, just got a week of rest and pain killers my boss has been really good, asked if he could start laughing at me now cos i was in a crash

feel abit of dumbass tho crashing into someone but its on works insurance so shouldnt affect my own no claims bonus, thanks for your concern tho everyone!
