Sound attractive! lol

What could it be, it gets quite sore too. it's only one breast it happens to. I'm still feeding from that breast to see if that helps.
Any ideas?
TIA

How old is your baby? Could be engorgement or maybe a blocked duct. Either way you need to feed from that side. Do you have any red patches?

:D

Grace is 4 weeks on Tuesday.
I suppose it is a little red.
Grace has just had breakfast from it.

Keep feeding from it hun. Red patches may be a sign of mastitis. See how you get on today. Dont avoid using that side as feeding will unblock it and help it to get better. If you start to get flu like symptoms as well as the lumpyness or red patches it might be worth ringing your Dr. Dont go to the surgery with all the poorly people about at the moment though. You can get anti biotics for mastitis if that's what it is, but some times you can clear it with feeding.

:hugs:

Thanks for your help, I'll keep an eye on it and feed grace from it today.
Will heat or cold packs help?

I would try warm rather than cold. A warm shower or just a warm flannel will give some relief :D

I'm pleased to say after a very tender evening and night, the lump seems to have gone and my breast feels better :)
I pumped from it last night and got 2 oz, put a warm wheaty bag on it a couple of times, then fed LO from it about 6am, she's just had another feed from it and i realised the lump had gone and the breast is not tender. Phew.

Any tips on how to prevent this happening again?
