Has anyone been to lapland uk?

DH just showed me this and looks fab. A very expensive trip for us though even if we go on a 'cheaper' day. Its a 3.5 hour drive so would mean an over night stay as well. Just wondered if anyone had had been, is it worth the cost or is it one of those things thats not as good as it looks?

I'd like to know about here as well, DH wanted to go to the real Lapland but I hate snow/ice so don't want too, think the UK version may suit us both.

I'd love to hear some reviews of the place too. Was going to take our two this year but decided to wait at least another year until the youngest is at an easier to manage age & understands a bit more! I think it looks amazing & so magical.
