Has anyone else had this?

Hi,

I had an ERPC 3 months ago as i had an anembryonic pregnancy. I am now7 weeks pregnant, but having the same spotting as i did first time around and just know that its happening all over again, i'm booked in for an early scan tomorrow so will know more then. Added to the spotting i have just found a lump in the left side of my groin area, it has been tender for a couple of days now and this morning when i felt there is a small lump underneath the skin, you can't see it but it can be felt and is quite tender to the touch. Has anyone else had a lump like this? I'm not sure what it is or even if its related to pregnancy, just after some thoughts on what it might be really, i've done a quick search but can't see anything that it could be.

I'm sincerely hoping everything's ok with you and your LO.

The lump could be an infected hair follicle and the start of cellulitis or something similar. Have your doctor take a quick peek at it.

Could also be a lymph node that is super infected. They are located all over your body, and can get really painful/tender when full of fluid. It's an easy fix if that is the problem. I had one in the groin area, right at the bend where my legs/torso join.
