Has anyone kept lo on comfort milk?

I'm still trying to decide whether to change from comfort back to first milk now my lo is 4 months. Did anyone continue using confort until 1year old? Lo is pretty sicky but not bothered by it, the comfort milk is slightly thicker so probably stays down better than first milk. He's doing really well, drinking 7oz every 4 hours and sleeping 7-7 with one feed around 3/4am. Decisions decisions!!!
