I just got it but have not started yet. I'm excited. Has anyone tried this yet?

My DH does them. I tried to do it with him, it's hard!

Oh my gosh, my friend does this, he has been doing it religously for a couple of years now, it is NAILS!! You have to be very disiplined, its similar to army training I believe, but probably harder!

He has got some amazing abs since starting it though, but he is following a very strict diet too.

Good luck

Ive not but have done p90x and its sooo hard. I gave up after about a week lol, my knees felt like they were literally going to shatter. gonna try turbofire cos i have loads of FAT to get rid of and fast :)

Turbofire isnt any easier on knees if anything its more harder on knees :)

Yeah but you Can adapt it to low impact. On p90x pylo days you have no choice!

You could, but takes away point being hiit.

cardio on p90x looks boring to me.

i doubt i could even pass the fitness test on p90x anyway
