Has anyone used homeopathic remedies to help with their LO's sleep?

My grandad is a retired homeopathic doctor and he says you can get remedies which really work to aid them with their sleep but his memory isnt good and he cant remember which ones he's in his 90's bless him.

Has anyone tried any remedies to help with sleep??

We've used karvol in the past if a bit snotty, and every now and then we do spray lavender into LOs room. Not sure if thats the type of thing you were thinking of....

I used to use a lavender and chamomile mix aromatherapy oil for Charlie's massage - it did seem to relax him a little - don't really know of any more though. You do need to be really careful of using essential oils on children - I got mine mixed up at the Neal's Yard store
