Have to lose weight to get clomid

we had our second appointment at the clinic yesterday and was told I'm not ovulating and I can have clomid but only if I lose 3 stone 3lb because my bmi needs to be 30 or lower. My next appointment isn't until June and I'm already down 4lbs since last week I'm just worried I'm not going to be able to do it I've tried so many times and failed. I want this so bad...
 
It is a real pain (imo) to log in foods if you cook a lot from scratch, but people speak so highly of My Fitness Pal. Calories in vs calories out is all there is to it, but unless you eat packaged stuff or can weight everything it is impossible to have a true count going in. A real pain.

You must know what you are doing to already have seen progress. I'm sure you'll do well. :)

I don't know if you like greens, but I find that replacing a normal supper with a delicious and huge salad of greens (spinach, arugula,...) scallions, maybe sliced pepper, maybe some fresh dill, a couple croutons, salt, pepper, and dressed with olive oil and a squeezed lemon really fills me well but keeps my intake low enough to see results. Portions and supper otherwise end up a problem for me, because I don't do well with portion control. With a tasty salad I'm all filled up and sometimes cannot even finish it. Then I start craving "healthier" choices too instead of the heavier stuff I get into a rut with.

Anyway, hugs regarding how it sucks to wait.
 
Hi, after Xmas I'm going to be back on a diet as I have lots to lose, it's a high protein diet and if u really work at it the weight soon comes off, u may have heard of it before its called ' Terri Ann 123' it's a great diet but really have to b committed to it for it to work
 
Do you have pcos? Low carb is suppose to be the best for pcos. I've also read a lot of stories about people getting their bfp on it. I'm easing back into this month with the hope of going full on in January.
 
I don't have pcos no despite having the symptoms I don't have it. I've been counting calories 1450 a day sometimes closer to 1600 with using my exercise bike daily. I'm down 6lbs in two weeks and I haven't had any slip ups yen but I will be weighing Christmas Eve and allowing myself Christmas Eve, day and Boxing Day off and then back on it with the hope of shifting 3 stone i just hope i can stay motivated.
