I have been on the news in the USA and on a quiz on ITV with Dale Winton!

I was on the news when I was about 7. It was when we lived in LA and they were trying to shut our school down and I was picketing outside with my mum with a placard saying "save our school" (and chanting that).

More recently I was on a quiz with Dale Winton called "I'm the answer". It didn't last long (it was rubbish and didn't get re-commissioned after the first series) and I wasn't actually a contestant, I was in the audience and he came into the audience and was talking to me. I was made to look like a fool, a fool I tell you! Two of my friends were contestants though and one of them won £3000 so it wasn't a wasted day out!

I used to work at Great Ormond Street and used to see myself walking through camera shots at the front of the hospital sometimes for the news etc. They did a series on BBC2 there recently and a lot of my former colleagues were featured.

I was on eggheads on BBC2 - it was great fun and we nearly won (yes that's right aka we lost!)

I did an advertising video called 'counting with mum' when I was 18. Me and my LO we're taken off to a really posh hotel, waited on hand and foot and paid for it too. It was fab. It was all about a maths course for mum's and kids in Wales. The Guardian ran a piece on it too.

In 2010 Me and OH were on the prime time Welsh news talking about baby loss (we lost our son In Jan) we were raising money to fund memory boxes for our hospital x

After Byker Grove finished, and before Ant n Dec were properly famous, they had their own BBC show. Some kids from my school went to watch it being filmed. Randomly, a teenage me and my OH, had to snog on camera while it was panning through the audience for a jokey sketch. The camera stopped, did a double take, then moved off us. The next week they played the clip, and said someone complained about it. Somebody did actually complain about the programme (not that bit), so I ended up on points of view too, sat looking totally bored behind Katy from Blue Peter

A group of us were also on a shitty cable channel (Granada Talk TV) programme hosted by Sacha Baron Cohen (who is Ali G and Borat) and Natasha Kaplinsky. It was a live programme and we were on every day for a week, and you could tell then that Sacha would be a big star.

DH has been on telly too. This is him doing Annie Lennox's family tree on 'Who Do You Think You Are' a couple of months back. Sorry for the appalling video, I had to film my telly cos the meanie beeb wouldn't let my international pals watch it on iplayer

I was on a local tv channel playing the african drums at ou towns local xmas lights, i was also in the front row of the audience for argumental which was a comedy show on channel dave, you can only see the back of my head!

I was in the audience of a show on ITV that had Des and Mel on it... used to be on when loose women were off air. We got shown as they scanned the audience, I went with the college so there was a big group of us

I was on 2 episodes of 'There's a Viking in my bed' - a BBC kids tv series when I was 12.

They were filming at my old Primary school

Also, used to be sado and go and stand outside premieres in London to meet famous people... we were interviewed on Sky News for Harry Potter 3 lol xx

A few times.
Several times in the audience for TITP. When I was about 14 I was grounded and banned from T for getting drunk the weekend before so I told my mum I was going to stay with my friend miles away. She dropped me off at said friend's and we ended up sneaking into TITP. I thought I'd got away with it, until I came home and discovered my face had been plastered all over the TV, me up on a guys shoulders in the smallest t shirt you've ever seen. A fag in one hand, a pint in the other and then to top it all I started to suck the face of this poor, innocent lad who was on someones shoulders next to me.
Needless to say I was grounded for another 6 months.

DH and I have been seen on TV in the audience at the darts lol.

I was in the studio audience for a Big Brother eviction interview around 2006 I think. Met Davina, Dermot O'Leary and Russell Brand.

There's a massive lingering close-up of me singing/clapping in the front row of a Morrissey concert on one of his DVDs - I looooove Morrissey so that made my day

I've also been in a documentary about male strippers touring working men's clubs. When I was underage

DH was a child model and did loads of catalogue stuff.
