Having trouble uploading profile picture..

Everytime I try to upload a profile picture, it says image not valid (or something along those lines). So I made the image smaller to see if that was the problem.. & it tells me it has the incorrect file extension. I'm really confused it's quite fustrating

Try converting your picture to a JPEG file....
