I have been ttc our 7th child for over 3 years now. I recently had an ultrasound and everything looked great. However, once I start my next cycle (when I don't get pregnant this cycle, but hoping I do and deff trying) my ob/gyn once to flush out my tubes by putting me under an x ray machine and using a catheter to I guess push water into my uterus to see if my tubes are blocked and see if this will open any blockage?? I am not exactly sure what he is doing, but if I thought it would help to get me pregnant I will try anything. Has anyone had this done? Does it hurt? Does it work?

What your talking about sounds like a HSG. I had one done 2 weeks ago. They put dye into your uterus and fallopian tubes under an xray to asses if their is any blockages. As for pain everyone is different, some have mild cramp, some have severe cramp but only while the dye is being inserted. Afterwards it doesn't hurt at all :) xx
