Hi Arcanegirl,

If you are referring to the trigger shot it varies from one person to the next. I took my trigger shot last Tuesday and it's already left my system. I used an OPK and PG test yesterday to see if it was gone and it had already. It usually depends on the strength of the shot too.

I was told 4 days but as someone else said it depends on the strength, I know I did a PG test one day later that came up positive and then did the next one 7/8 days past O and it came up negative

I was told to count about 17-18 days after I think! Not had it this month though as come off clomid and shot.

I read it takes a day for 1000IU to leave the system. I had Ovitrelle 250mg which is about 6000IU, but I think the usual dose is 10,000IU.
