HCG questions for ladies who know, please

Ok on April 30th my HCG count was 209 & they called me today and told me yesterday my draw was 3100. Does that sound good & like it's doubled right? With my son we never did have blood work or talk about betas so I don't really know. Also my doctor guessed 4/5 weeks is where I'm at.

I kept joking with my boyfriend that we are gonna have twins because there's two little spots on my ultrasound of course I could just be seeing things but honestly I don't even know if the HCG sounds like it's doing right.
