How do you get a nice healthy glow to your skin (or at least face!)
I always seem to like pale and washed out and as my diet was quite poor (I'm working on it!), I'm thinking it was because I was lacking certain vitamins or something.
Is there anything I could eat or drink which would stop me looking so "pasty" as my boss once nicely put it
Ps. Please do not say fish because I cannot stand even the smell of it
