heart palpitations

my LO is 6 weeks now and ive been experiencing heart palpitations for the last 3 weeks.
Has anyone else?

Yes a little, quite tired too.
I think my worrying is making them worse. x

Sounds like you're anaemic. Apparently its very common after you've given birth.

Heart palpitations especially tiredness are signs of anaemia. Ask your doc and he'll put you on iron tablets.

yeh i get these and it is an anxiety thing for me... my chest goes all tight... in fact it is now *slap wrists* not taking my meds

I get these non-stop, yes! Probably worth getting them checked out by doctor, if only to put your mind at rest..
