jillypoop Mummy of one Joined Nov 4, 2008 Messages 837 Reaction score 0 Mar 18, 2009 #4 Sounds like you're anaemic. Apparently its very common after you've given birth. Heart palpitations especially tiredness are signs of anaemia. Ask your doc and he'll put you on iron tablets. xxx
