Heavy Drinking Before I Knew I Was Pregnant - Please, Need Your Help

Another one here popping in from baby club! I was a student drinking faaaar to much and partying like it was my birthday every day when I got a BFP I was terrified! Didn't touch another drop and my baby is now a healthy 18lb monster that I've just spent half an hour doing battle with to have a nap! I'm sure you'll be fine lovely! Xxx

I did the same thing.. I went to a Christmas part on Christmas eve, not knowing I was pregnant, and had about 4 rum & cokes (strong ones!)
I tested myself 3 days later and found out. My doctor says it happens quite often and not to worry. It's hard to not feel a little guilty though!!
