Hello, I need some help.

So my periods are usually regular (to me). They come about a week earlier than the last every month. However, this month was different. It came two weeks early, and lasted maybe 10 days. (My usual is 7 days.) And now I'm spotting a light pink/ brown type of discharge for the past week. Is it implantation bleeding, or... what? I have an active sex life with my fiancee and all, and it's mostly unprotected. But I have also noticed my extreme fatigue, tiredness, and irrational mood swings. (But mood swings are normal for me, too.) Or is it possible I've had a misscarriage or something? Please help! I'm worried. My good friend and I went and got a pregnancy test yesterday, but it was negative. Should I try again? Please help, and thank you..
