Hello Ladies,
I was looking for an active forum to participate in and voila, found this one! Love that there are people here from all over the world!
I have seriously been trying for a baby with my husband since April 2014. Last May I miscarried at 6 weeks. They discovered a large fibroid as I was miscarrying through an ultrasound. I had a risky operation to remove it in December 2014 (laparoscopic myomectomy). They had to make a 5 inch incision in my uterus to remove! They told me if I were to become pregnant I would have to have a c-section.
Since April 2015 we have been TTC and right now I am 5 weeks. I live in a small town in NC and have lots of worries! I have an hour commute each way and I am not sure where to find a doctor if this one sticks. I have not been too impressed with the obgyn docs here. They should have referred me out to have my fibroid removed but instead recommended that I have this other unsuccessful procedure that cost me time and money first. What a journey!
