So, FOB and I were together for a year and a half. We just decided to call it quits and have a 2 month old daughter together. The split is very recent as it was just a week ago. With Christmas coming up and his family wanting to see LO I have to tag along. He doesn't like taking LO without me and to be honest, I don't like her going anywhere without me lol hopefully this will be a good thing and we can remain civil I guess I just wanted to introduce myself and see how others handle being single parents. I guess I never thought id be a single mom.

Hey, I'm sorry things have gone south but it sounds like you guys are at less on the right track for being civil. It's hard right now and no one expects to be a single parent but it's really not so bad there's a lot of good in it

My Youngest is 3 days older then your daughter.

I've been single since 5w pregnant & it's not so bad, FOB doesn't even exist to us unfortunately (his choice).

Hi and welcome I have no contact with fob who walked away when I refused to have a termination when I told him I was 4 weeks pregnant. My son is now approaching 4 years old and hasn't missed out in any way xx
