help! 6 month old wont take a bottle!

I have to go back to work in two days my breastfed 6mo won't take a bottle of expressed breast milk! I originally went back to work when she was one month old (February) so for February -May she took bottles of expressed milk during the day and nursed early morning and evening. I was off for the summer (June and July) and nursed more often. I tried to continue giving bottles at least once a day but she refused to take on from me and hubby was too impatient to feed her (he'd try for a few minutes and when she kept chewing on the bottle or pushing it away he'd give up). Now she has to go to the sitter full time and she won't take a bottle, any advice?
