Help 7 month old seperation anxiety

Hi guys my bubs is now 7 months old and she has just started getting separation anxiety...she was such a good sleeper and so happy up until now to the point where if i even so much as take her into her room she screams!! She now is sleeping in her pram next to my bed thats the only way she seems to settle.. Has anyone else had this any tips???...

It's normal , I know that doesn't help but its true.

My son was in daycare so it was a little easier . But any way you have family who could try helping you? Baby at this age is starting to realize when your gone , but having a family member maybe come help you for a hour a couple times a week so LO can realize you go away but you always come back might help?
