My lo is 8 months and I always make his breakfast using any milk left over from his morning bottle. However I've just realised this morning I picked up the wrong bottle and have used the formula made about 12 hours previous for his bedtime feed.:dohh:

Is this likely to make him sick, should I be concerned? or as a one off will it do no harm.
I'm so annoyed at myself for not pouring the old milk away last night.:growlmad:

Was it kept in the fridge? If so formula made up and cooled quickly and kept in the fridge can be kept for up to 24 hours

no it was just left on the side in the nursery and taken down to the kitchen this morning where the mistake was made:nope::nope:

He will more than likely be fine hun. But, maybe give health proffesionals a call just so that they can tell you what to look out for and when you should take LO in IF they become poorly. And don't eat your self up about it. Mistakes like this happen all the time xx

Don't panic he will be fine babies are tougher than you think!! :)

He should be fine by 7 months. If he was new born I'd be more worried. Milk collects bacteria over time, as does anything containing sugar but most likely, he'll have a runny poo if anything and build his immune system up a bit more! x
