help!!!!! baby soft spot

My baby soft spot keeps sinking, he has taking all his feeds well, no diarrhoea, constipation or sickness. please help as i am worrying. He is bottle fed and 3months old.

is it when hes in a certain position? Rylan sinks in when hes upright but not when laid down. If hes wetting 6 nappies per day with wee hes not dehydrated. I would ask the health visitor if you are worried xxx
