My boobs have of course grown with this pregnancy. But of course I've always had large boobs.
Now that I have to wear non-wired bras , they don't keep my boobs separated.
What this means is that my seatbelt slides up my boobs and keeps heading towards my neck!

Is anyone else having this trouble? Anyone have any advice on this!??!!

Thanks!

From what I've seen from the ladies who did bra fittings at my old job Fancy Free bras separate pretty well and the are for larger busted women. I only saw the nursing bra ones because it was an after delivery care clinic but I believe they carry normal bras as well. Sorry your having that problem.

My seatbelt adjusts at the door frame so I just moved the shoulder strap lower and it seems to help.

I have that problem too.... but not because I have big boobs.... cause I'm too damn short.....

so sorry can't help you.

Well the one I have now separated just fine when I bought it... its after a couple washes and wears that it just seems to have given up :dohh: So I'm just not that confident that anything that is wire-free will separate :(
Don't know where to buy Fancy Free
I have a large band-size also and some don't go up big enough (some stop at 38 :( )

Have you looked at nursing bras online at target and walmart? Walmart I have seen go up to a 42DDD (put it on my registry, but not sure the cups will be big enough!) and they have some that have underwire, too. Target has up to an F cup from what I've seen, though I can't recall if it had underwire or not.

My car has the adjustment at the top of the belt, too, so I put mine all the way down, too. I usually still end up tucking the seatbelt under both of my boobs, though not so much now that I'm preggers. It's pretty hard to concentrate on driving when you have a seatbelt digging into your neck.

They also have those adjuster clips that you can put on the seatbelt at the bottom to pull the top strap over so that it is away from your neck. My mom and grandma used them for years when they had their own car. They can be rather fiddly, though.

I know exactly what you mean! It's so frustrating..the only thing you can do is get a toddler seatbelt adjuster, it pulls the top strap down a bit and stops It going over yourboobs to your neck. Didn't see if you were UK or not...Argos sell them if you are xxx

I'm in the US...
and unfortunately, 42DDD is what I'm wearing now :dohh:
I have a feeling I'm going to need a bigger size :(
We don't have a Walmart or Target in my town (its very sad but the city won't let them in).
And the scarier part is that I tried the 42Fs at Motherhood maternity, and wow their measurements must be VERY different than where I got my bra because it was hysterical seeing me try to fit into their bras that were supposed to be the same size as the ones I'd just bought!! (there was this one sports-bra style one for nursing that had 2 layers... the bottom layer had hole cut-outs for the nipples... well the bra fit so poorly that my boobs were trying to pop through these holes which were MUCH too small to let my girls pass through!!!)

I am in the US and have this issue. I wear the F in motherhood's size and that is getting too small... they were able to give me card for a resource center in my area that sells the bigger sizes to keep the girls from being mashed... Might want to ask next time your in...

hmmm, well I was talking to the manager who was bringing me the bras and laughing hysterically behind the curtain and telling her exactly how awful they were fitting... either we don't have a similar resource in the area or she doesn't know about it.

I guess I will have to keep trying. I just keep thinking of this as a 'temporary' thing :dohh":

Girl, big boobs and car seat belts don't seem to mix. The other day I was telling DH I'm having trouble buckling my belt because my boobs are too big. So if I try to reach across my chest with my left hand to buckle on the right, I have issues...lol. As for the seat belt rising, I have pretty much always had this issue because I'm short. Mine adjusts on the side and I also am still wearing wired bras because I haven't found any non wired ones that are supportive enough for my 30GG's. I'm not sure what to tell you. These things sure do have a way of getting in the way though :(. Good luck. I look for bras at nordstrom rack, they don't always have maternity but they have wireless and a lot of times. Also, I order online and figleaves.com and someone just told me about bravissimo.com. I also ordered a maternity bra from amazon believe it or not. Sometimes it's hard to order without trying on but the one I got was s/m/l variety.
