I'm sorry, am i missing something?:flower:
You said your LO eats your food..well i was wondering why she wouldn't continue to do so? Is there a reason why you'll be giving her jars?
And i actually find Tesco own brand nappies great, but really you have to try a few different brands to see what works best for your lo?
Oh and there are also other shops apart from tesco (thought you wouldn't always think it!:haha:)
:hugs:
Oh and no idea about prune puree, but they do do prune juice, and maybe you could just puree some prunes yourself?

If we are going to a restaurant then not so nice to have her eat our food as not the easiest always to get it made "baby friendly".
It is mostly the prune puree I am worrying about. This works great for us, no need for chemical stuff when we give her prune puree which is awesome!
Do you by any chance know if they have prune puree or anything else in food way that makes it easier for them to poop?
Pear doesnt quite do it, not as helping as the prune puree, I am wondering maybe I have translated the word wrongly as when I googled hardly nothing comes up by prune puree!
Ah, didn't realise it was on holiday you were coming over, so yeah i guess jarred foods ar e best then!:flower:
How old is your LO? Would she take finger foods at all? Maybe you could give her actual prunes to eat? or maybe try her with prune juice instead just for a little while?
You don't seem to be mis-translating anything? I'm just not sure we have prune puree to buy over here?
Other than prune juice, i'm not sure really what else you could try to get things moving along for her? I was always told cooled boiled water can help? Is she taking enough fluids perhaps? If she's old enough for food, than maybe extra water might just help?:hugs:

my little girl only likes the ellas kitchen pouches she eats our foods but when we go out she will only have ellas kitchen pouches she hates baby jars acts like im trying to kill her lol.
what i do tend to do if we r going somwhere and i dont have any pouches is make a pack lunch for her sandwich yogurt etc she likes that. and put it in a baby cooling bag but im not sure how old your baby is so dunno if thats any good for u to try.

oh and cant u bring a few of your prune things with u just incase u cant get them here?

Hi
She is 10 months old.
She insists trying to feed herself but lets face it, she ends up playing with the food!
She can eat some occasional finger food alone but not food requiring spoon!

Do you think it is safe to put them in the check-in baggage if surrounded with clothes?
I cant bring them as handluggage:-(

maybe you could buy some whole prunes then when you get over here, just to have on standby if you get desperate, and she may mess with them, but she also might eat some too, maybe it might help her a little? every bit counts i guess!:flower:

Whole prunes soaked in boiling water then strained the juice is fab work a treat for my lo even better than meds from gp x

Yeah I think that is what I buy, but already made.
TBH I don't feel I am up for the work when on holiday.
I think I'll need to think about if I can safely bring the glass jars in the check-in baggage or think of an another alternative.
Maybe if I make some myself at home and then bring it with me and then keep in the fridge during that time (will have to find out if there's a fridge though and not only mini bar LOL no need for a minibar here!!!):baby:

is it a liquid you are looking for, or a jar of prune puree you would feed from a spoon?

What about tinned prunes in their own juice, they are very soft and easily mashed up?

May I ask you to describe this further? Is it something I buy or I do myself? Thanks!

Tesco sells tins of fruit, you can buy prunes in their own juice, open the tin and the fruit is very soft easily mashed up with a fork/knife, Im sure you could get it fine enough for baby, They only about 60p a tin as well
