God damn it my weighing scales have dissapeared off the face of the planet and im trying to cook risotto.

Anyone know roughly how much i need to feed 2 people? Or a fool proof way to weigh the rice without scales?

1/2 a cup, or 2 1/2 handfuls of rice per person

If in doubt, over estimate and freeze the excess for another day.

When I make Risotto, I only use 1 measured cup of arborio rice...which serves 4 (and I always love the leftovers). So, 8 oz?
