HELP: How do tommee tippee anti colic bottles actually work

Hiya

I don't know why. But it is really frustrating me that I don't know why and how these bottles help my baby.
Some times I see the air pass through the tube with milk in it but other times nothing happens and bubbles are still at the top of the teat. (so air still in bottle )

I have tried looking it up on the website and on google on how and why but there no info on it. All they say is how to clean everything and put everything together not how it exactly helps.

I know I'm probably making something out of nothing. But I getting a bit frustrated with it.
Especially because I see air pass through sometimes and not other times.

Would just like a bit of info on them if anyone know anything.
